MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

This warranty applies to Evercade consoles, Evercade Cartridges, Hyper Mega Tech Super Pockets, and all related accessories. Collectively, these are referred to as the “Product” in this warranty.

Blaze Entertainment guarantees that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date, provided it was purchased from an authorized reseller. This warranty is subject to the terms and exclusions outlined below. Proof of purchase is required to activate the warranty. This does not affect any legal (statutory) rights you may have under your local law.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accessories, peripherals, or items intended for use with the Product but not manufactured by Blaze Entertainment.
  • Products that have been resold or used for rental purposes.
  • Defects resulting from accidental damage, negligence, improper use, modifications, or use with third-party products.
  • Gradual battery degradation over time, where applicable.
  • Products that have been opened or modified by the user or a third party.
  • Use with third-party cartridges or software.
  • Loss of game save data due to software updates.
  • Damage from external causes (e.g., dropping, liquid exposure, or inadequate ventilation).
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.

WARRANTY ON REPAIRED PRODUCTS

If a product repair is offered by Blaze Entertainment, we guarantee our repair service and replacement parts. An additional 90 days will be added to the remaining term of your original warranty.

If for any reason your product is repaired outside of the warranty period, this repair will be subject to a 90 days warranty.

Please note that this warranty does not cover any cosmetic damage to packaging, including but not limited to dents, tears, scratches, or other wear and tear. Only defects or malfunctions affecting the product itself are covered under the terms of this warranty.

HOW TO CLAIM

If your product fails within 30 days of purchase, please contact your retailer to arrange a replacement. After 30 days, contact support at [email protected] or [email protected]. Warranty claims must be made within one year of the original purchase date. Once notified, our customer support team will investigate the issue and provide a solution based on the circumstances.
